  • We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We shall pass on your personal information to our group of companies so they may offer you their products and services.
  • We will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of our group, except with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract.
  • In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies. We share personal data with hosting, analytics, payment, CRM, customer support and marketing service providers that help us run our business. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We also share data where required by law or to establish/exercise legal claims.

How long we keep your data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: order/account records (typically 7 years for accounting), support tickets (up to 24 months after resolution), and marketing data (24 months from your last interaction), unless a longer period is required by law.
